In case of any discrepancy between these Terms of Use and the Platform Terms of Use, the latter will prevail regarding your use or access to the Platform.​

I mportant Legal Rights – "GOVERNING LAW AND EXCLUSIVE FORUM" AND "CLASS ACTION WAIVER": This Agreement selects Israeli law and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and includes a waiver for class action suits. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAVEL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE AND THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS GOVERNED BY THE PLATFORM TERMS OF USE, AND THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET OUT THERE APPLY TO IT. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD.

‍ This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, and waive any objection to venue or forum. Should either party bring a suit or action anywhere other than Tel Aviv-Jaffa, that suit or action shall, upon application by the other party, be dismissed without prejudice and refiled there.

‍ 12. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

‍ You agree to only bring claims against us in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative action.

‍ 13. EQUITABLE RELIEF

‍ In case of infringement of our intellectual property, we may seek injunctive relief to protect our interests.

‍ 14. MISCELLANEOUS

‍ This Agreement's provisions on intellectual property, indemnification, and limitations of liability will survive its termination. You may not assign this Agreement without Ravel's written consent. Our failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Ravel regarding its subject matter, superseding any prior agreements.​
